Most important

Before paying, you can see, touch and try the items. If it does not fit, does not look good, or you do not like it, simply refuse it at the point.

Rules after purchase

7-day window

After taking the item, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days.

Unused item

The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags, packaging and accessories.

Items we cannot accept

We do not accept returns for underwear, personal hygiene items, Final Sale products, used, damaged or altered items.

Refund

If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded according to the method used at the point. Normal processing time is 5 to 10 business days.

Wrong or defective item

If you receive a wrong or defective item, contact us within 24 hours after pickup and send photos.
